However, it is our shared determination to pursue excellence in the culinary industry that led us, together with our team, to create a space where guests can enjoy not only exceptional dishes but also an unforgettable atmosphere. Not the oldest among us, but he can boast the longest experience in the industry. Professionalism, knowledge, ease in making difficult decisions, and good interpersonal skills—these qualities have led him to manage a team at a young age in one of the popular restaurants in Krakow. He doesn't accept anything less than quality and pays great attention to detail. However, in conversation, he quickly reveals himself as an excellent communicator.
In search of new challenges, he set out for Warsaw, where he successfully managed a large restaurant in the city center as a Manager. He returns to his hometown of Krakow to embark on another new challenge with his brothers. He enjoys interacting with guests and engaging in conversations not only related to gastronomy. Occasionally, he conducts training and workshops as a sommelier.
The man of special tasks, a handyman, DJ, and also an outstanding bartender: a finalist in the Polish Bartender World Class or the winner of the Campari competition. Many may recognize him from the TikTok channel where, under the pseudonym DJGreenmoon, he demonstrated how to prepare classic and signature cocktails. He is responsible for the selection of spirits and has crafted the cocktails on our menu.
The youngest of the brothers, continually drawing from their knowledge and experience, he lacks neither ease nor familiarity at the table. With a smile, he can navigate any situation and charm guests. He willingly shares his ideas for unconventional wine and food pairings.
